Geography Scheme | Year 3 | Block 2: From the North Pole to the South Pole | Lesson 4: What is Life Like in Each Biome? is the fourth lesson in block 2 for Year 3 and covers climate zones. The block introduces the terms ‘longitude’ and ‘latitude’ and covers the four main climate zones, biomes, vegetation belts and the effects of climate change on the Earth’s climate zones.
The blocks are designed to be taught in order, but can be re-ordered according to your own school curriculum.
