John Lewis have done it again with their Christmas advert 2020! Their advert this year is full of charm and cheer, focusing on kindness and compassion – something we’re fully on board with at Mrs Mactivity! We’ve put together a series of supporting resources that you can use in class whilst talking about the advert, or just for general use! Some of the resource will focus on the specifics of the advert, whilst some will be more about kindness.

This Give a Little Love Kindness Advent Calendar provides daily prompts for children for each day of December leading up to Christmas, inspiring them to take part in kindness acts to make the world a better place for everyone! Also included is a blank page for children to come up with their own ideas for kind acts. Perfect! A great way for children to make their own advent calendar.
