In this block – Nursery Maths: Block 10: Move and Label 1, 2, 3 – you will complete the following small steps; Make actions when saying counting words, Move fingers when saying counting words, Count out 3 objects from rhymes, Notice number symbols as labels, Label amounts as 1 or not 1, Label amounts as 1, 2 or 3.
- Use with children aged 3-4.
- Covers all mathematical aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework by following White Rose small steps.
Each block is designed to be taught over two weeks, averaging 3 lessons a week to ensure coverage across the year. However, we understand that each and every setting is totally unique so you may choose to teach more one week and less the next. Though we strongly suggest that these are taught in sequence.
